Best Healing chants for anxiety?

Hey everyone :) I have had anxiety for around 15 years and it really does control my life. I know I need to work on it and I am but would really appreciate support from spirit to do so. I have the small Healing candle, I wondered if anyone else has had a positive experience with anxiety and what chants you'd recommend? I have burned Halo XL first ❤️

Although I don’t suffer from anxiety, I wanted to share a chant you can possibly use. Just add and take out to cater to your needs. I hope this helps. I am strong. I will get better. My life will get better. I will overcome fear. I will be kind to myself. I give myself the compassion and love I need. I will be at peace with myself.

A little correction: don't use the word 'will'. Chant as if you are stating the facts like it's already happening: I am strong, I am calm, I am loved and guided and blessed. My anxiety disappeared, I only have positivity physically, mentally and spiritually. Etc etc. Don't use the word 'don't' and 'will' and 'not'. Make your chant a smooth line of positivity.

Absolutely. And even if you're making a mistake with the chant, just snuff the candle and go over the chant again 😊
