Has anyone used body fluids with the spelled candle? do you put it in the candle or in a separate jar?.

The booklet speaks about other items, personal effects. Look up "body fluid" in the forum, there are convos on it. Yes, it makes the spells stronger, you can put it in a jar if you would like. The more "connection" you have with a target (or even yourself) is the stronger it will be.
What is it supposed to do??
