The only way I dispose of mine and my children's hair is by burning. I don't throw it away in the trash and I don't flush it. One time when I was burning my hair, I decided to burn purifying herbs with it. It wasn't just grocery store herbs, either. It was herbs from my mama's garden. Within minutes, my crown started buzzing and tingling like CRAZY! I was just minding my business, talking to my ancestors at the altar, and then BOOM!
Later, I ended up getting a reading and she informed me that the person who has been attacking me for over a decade now had been doing head work on me...spying, hacking into my thoughts and such. So, the tingling that I felt was that being undone.
Ever since then, I have made burning our hair a routine ritual. I use grocery store herbs if I can't get herbs from my mama's garden. The effects aren't as strong, but it still gets the job done.
