Does anyone know if it’s ok for two people in the same household to burn different candles? Like if my sister burns one in her room then me in mine? Will it impact each other or no?

Yes, it does. You will need to still apply the 3 day rule. I had the exact situation. I just let her burn all of hers which was the crown of success and I am now starting mine.
