You do not burn two candles of a different planet together. You can burn one and then the other. If you have two candles with the same planet, they can be burnt together. In your example, you can burn the third pentacle of the sun and then afterwards, to complement, you burn the fourth pentacle of Jupiter.
No... It's basically just letting you know that if you want your results amplified you should follow up that candle with this one for better results....
