I receive my Papa candle and I feel ready to start working with him, but my candle wick is really close to the edge of the candle. I haven’t gotten responses to my emails about it. Is it safe to use? I just don’t want the glass to break

My GF candle came out like that

My mars was like that and went out 30x in 2 days so i had to be near it always. It also only burned 2/3 down leaving a lot. Put urgent in title of your email. It may be ok. You wouldn't know til you burned though.
