A friend could use UHH badly. I have candle left, but unsure he’d use it and chant etc, so I was wonder If I could do it for him and how I’d go about it? Use a picture?

Yes you can, get his full name DOB and incorporate it into a chant to unhex him (whatever needs unhexing like removing general curses, etc…healing, heal whatever needs to be healed in his life) remove any blockages in his life (this is halo) you can add on to all of that and chant for 15-20 min.
Use a picture and put his name, dob and location
