So I just came to the doctor and they told me my Pap test came back abnormal. They said they need to do another test and if that one comes back abnormal then they need to either freeze or scrape out anything bad that might be growing. I think I know what the doctor is saying but I refuse to say the word . What candle can help remove this from my body ? Please help . I'm a single mom and I just want to be healthy ----UPDATE so I found out what exactly it was and doctor said it's HPV

I was told the exact same thing and they didn’t do any intervention other than repeating my pap twice a year as opposed to yearly & eventually said everything was clear the last pap even no signs hpv! So I say that to say don’t overly stress about it! I cried for days and was so scared all for it to clear right up & I did nothing special other than be celibate so not sure if that played a part! Everyone is different of course & maybe depends on the severity, but it ended up being fine for me. But Definitely keep following up with your obgyn!
It's not always serious. An abnormal pap is not uncommon. If they find cells that are not healthy (dysplasia) you can have a LEAP procedure done, where the cut out the inner circumference of your cervix, take a biopsy, and if they get all the bad cells (clean margins) you're good. If they didn't, you do it all again. Also a lot of women don't realize your cervix, like your liver, grows itself back in a few months, if any part has been cut off. Either way, you're going to be fine, and healthy. Speak that and manifest it. 🙏🏽🖤
