I believe I was supposed to do a chant with my Halo🤔.. but I was so light headed and sleepy.. confused on what I need to do

Yes, you should have changed when you commenced burning your candle. If you haven’t finished it and plan on relighting it take a look at the instructional booklet; there are example chants for the Halo candle.
