Yes, I did a search but couldn’t find a good chant. I plan on Sweetening and then Dominating my manager. I want her to be nice to me, not snap when she has a mood swing and favor me. I found an awesome chant written by @Audra Dukes for Domination (thank you, that one was work related and will be perfect). Now I need a good one to sweeten up my manager. The ones I keep seeing are all love related. I will write my own but there are so many smart people on here, I wanted one of the poets to potentially chime in. Please? 🤗

I would just say what you want to happen. For example,,,...... is sweet, kind, respectful, and generous to me........ I have open communication with ........ and the work environment is always positive.
