Hi guys, this might be a silly question Ik Ik but lol when I chant I can read it off a paper ? If I do I’ll have to burn the paper or throw it away ... Or do I have to memorize it ?

Yes you can it helps you remember also chant for at least 4-5 mins til you can feel it
