Hi everyone. Just received my plates super excited to start using them just wanted to verify if like all other work we have to light halo first and wait 3 days before using the plates or can we jump straight into the plates? Thanks in advance for the feedback ✨💖

If you’ve done a cleansing and road opener within the last 3 months I don’t think you have to do it again before doing any work.
