Hello so I wanted to know if I was to burn the 4th pentacles of Saturn for someone could I burn the halo candle after to cleanse any negative energy from me? Or would that take away the work I want to be done on the people I’m burning the Saturn candle for?

I just use some hyssop oil in my bath and cleanse. Works for me Halo is recommended every 3 months. There are so many cleansing herbs out there you can make into a bath.
Yes, burn Halo to remove the negative energy.
The instructions in the book say not to use Unhex after your work as it will undo the work you just did. Halo would be a better option. As also stated, a cleansing bath, sage and palo santo will work as well.
If you want to Cleanse after that...Unhex would do well...or you can just use Sage and Palo Santo... Halo is recommended Before any root work or conjurer
