I want my friend to stop taking this girl I referred to her business, & keep her away from all of my friends? Would the cloak candle work or maybe another candle ?! Help !! I just want her away from my circle in general !!

Try it. You can also use 4POS for seperation candle with her and your circle OR 2nd Pentacle of Mercury and Gain the impossible for her to hang it with out her people instead.
