Do y’all chant your intentions repeatedly over conjure candles like the spelled ones? I hope I didn’t do it wrong, this was the first conjure candle I used. I activated the seal & said the invocation 3 times but I only spoke my intentions into the candle once & put the paper with my intentions with it under the candle 😬

You did it correctly. You aren't necessarily chanting with a conjure candle you are merely telling spirit what you want, thanking spirit, then dismissing. There is no need to repeat.
As long as you follow the directions in the booklet for conjure candles, you're fine.
