Has anyone recently did a consultation and what is the process like? I know she said to put the info in the jotform ( saw this in her latest post she responded to somebody that hasn’t received an answer... does that mean the notes? ) I’m thinking about paying for a consultation because I haven’t received a response from her regarding an order debacle that I caused and thought this is a good way to have her respond.... I won’t do this in a few days because I’m hoping she responds to my emails. Also I do t want to seem like a stalker... but I have been super respectful and precise in what I did wrong with my order and the subject line info.

Thank you for the info... I may try this method because I’m trying to clear up a address and discount error. I’ve been trying to get ahold of her since feb 14th😔... I’ve been super respectful, patient and understanding but I’m concerned
