Court rite

So I’m in the process of doing a clemency petition for my husband and I was going to use court candle war and a couple others for protection. If I also purchase the rite and ask for spirit to help the prison board review decide on him coming home early would he be the target or the prisoner board review or the governor since he makes the final decision?

I believe the target would be your husband and you would petition for him to be granted clemency. I could be wrong .

Well I work in the prison so even if the noses grants it the governor could take it away so I would ask for release to open the door and then the governor as well I could be wrong as well

Well the prisoner review board only give a recommendation after they read the petition they give there recommendation to the governor and he makes the decision. So you think I should use the Mercury candles to remove any obstacles that are in the way of his clemency from being approved. Sweeting the governor and prison board review towards him. And then the court candle and rite? Is that to much lol
