I was on a payment plan on an account to prevent it from going to collections. The card I was using to pay expired and their notifications went to my junk mail (ughhhh) and now it went on my credit report. I read online that I can send a Goodwill Letter Requests to the collection agency and ask them to remove it from the report. Which candle can help with this? I have been struggling financially, but always had excellent credit. This has upset me a lot… I really want it to be fixed 😭🙏
