Hello everyone. I purchased a few items and unfortunately an Eriss Prosper was busted... first time it happened. I emailed Lala with the urgent and order number in the subject line and provided pictures... and I know it takes time for her to respond. I was just wondering if anyone has gone through this and what was the outcome. Thank you!!!

Recieved my two eriss today and the Bellalust was melted and wasted all on the box it smells good but i would prefer to wear it and my propser was half full the top wasnt all the way on Bellalust i uploaded pics and post three times they keep being deleted for no reason.
Mrs.Lala sent me an email and she is sending a new Eriss to me. ❤️
Hello, yes my power candle arrived earlier this week, completely smashed to smithereens. I was soooo sad lol..but I took pics of the damage, emailed Ms. Lala and she got back with me the next day sending me a new one. She is amazing with her customer service..USPS just doesnt care about anything, even when it says "fragile" they'll still break everything smh... But anyway, hope this helps. 😊
