a little bit of background...my neighbours (backyards facing each other) are very "off" people, always give off a weird vibe. If my kids or anyone is playing ball in the backyard and it goes over the fence to their side, they will throw the ball in the trash. so we stopped playing ball in the back. My dog hurt himself bad chasing a squirrel, so we put a cone on him so he wouldn't lick his wound...he broke the cones. Vet advised we put on a muzzle and take it off periodically during the day so he can drink water/eat. Neighbour's called animal welfare on us..i know this because when the officers came i saw them peeping thru their windows. Everytime we try to say hello...NO ANSWER. at ALL.
Today, i found a dead bird in my backyard. Now im scared. what does this mean? what should i do yall.
