One of my clients is currently facing deportation, and I’m doing everything I can to help them remain in the United States. We’re exploring the option of applying for relief under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), but although two law firms are willing to assist, the client cannot afford their legal fees. I’ve been supporting them on a semi-volunteer basis because this is truly an urgent situation. I’m actively seeking additional resources or support options to help them navigate this process. I have been using simi for this situation can anyone else give me advice .

She will need to go to psychologist to be evaluated let them diagnosis her with depression if so and let her write a 20 page about herself like how she grew up, her family life, about her spouse, the good part and when it all went bad. Also have ppl write affidavit on her behalf confirming any form of abuse and also knowledge about the marriage etc also before send it in burn, protection, power, war, court etc keep layering
Maybe focus on legal, protection, cloak etc.
