My candle that I burned for my relationship with my target finishes burning this morning (burned for about 15 hours non-stop) and I’m just feeling so depressed and hopeless, I just want to cry and I miss him, which is unusual. How long does purging after healing lasts?

Make yourself feel better put on some feel good music cook yourself something even mop the floors anything to get you up and out your feelings watch something that will make you laugh. Everything is going to be alright, 🤞🏽❤😘
I’m still crying I finish healing on Sunday morning I’ve been crying non stop
Sometimes the purge last a day or so... but last time i burned Halo I purged until i burned 3 days later.
Stay strong. Stay focused. The more your worry the longer it will take. Let the feelings feel then let them go. Nothing is happening to you it's happening for you. 🤞🏽
