Hello everyone I have 2 obsession candles that will not stay lit and no ita not because of my target. They are over filled. Now its time for me to use them and I can't and I. So upset! Is there any other way to lighy these candles or anything? I'm asking because I know some of you get creative on how to rig the candles which actually we shouldn't have to do. But can anyone please offer any help

Greetings @Beautiful Soul , I let the wax around the wick melt enough to be able to stick the wood portion of a match into the candle very close to the wick and let it burn. This is what I did to get my Mars candle to burn out.
That’s why I’m saying pour the excess wax out so they will stay lit a lot of us have had that issue it doesn’t take away the results of the candle..

I burn tea lights all the time when their empty they still leave plenty wic just no wax I’m gonna use all my wax one way or another 😁
If you don’t have a candle warmer, you can either light the wax around the candle and let it drip out or do a double boiler method on the stove. Melt the wax slowly and scoop out around the candle.
After you light it pour some wax out like while the wic is lit you will see the flame increase as your pouring some out and you can even turn it so the wax is being removed evenly ..
Try to spoon out the extra wax if you can and put it in candle warmer , that’s what I did
You can pour some of the wax off so you can see the wick. I've read where people have done that. Also sage and cleanse your space. I hope this helps.
