I still have not received my order from July and my tracking number isn't working, order oils in August during the gift give away and didn't receive my gift with my order and yes I have messaged order issues and have not received a response yet. This makes me disappointed and sad. Help Please!!!!!!! I don't want a refund I just want my stuff!

I’m devastated I have not received a $900 order from May 31 store closing sale…it’s been 5 months, and there’s no response from customer service email, they gave an incorrect tracking number, so I have nothing and I’m stuck and crying I spent money I don’t have…and I have not been able to purchase anything else from them since… it’s a huge disappointment and devastating to experience this…they MUST get a proper customer service department in order, we need reliability, we need a customer service that responds, it is as if there’s no one there.
I just got an order delivered from over a year ago 🥹 I had given up hope but they arrived!
I ordered conjure academy a year ago, money came out of my account but they never sent me a confirmation email. I emailed and emailed but customer service said no record of my order. $200 wasted smh, I’ve been a loyal customer and was pissed to be treated so bad after spending $1000s on products and telling everyone about the conjure. I still don’t have access to the courses and I paid for it but they refused to take my bank statement as evidence and said I was making it up smh
I received my order. I am forever grateful to lala and her services. Thank you thank you thank you
Hi I've had the same issue my order from August just tells me the label has been made but not picked up by USPS just wondering how long did you all have to wait? I want to make another order but this discourages me to do so 🙏🖤

I understand your frustration and concern. It seems to me that the orders with new items and/or oils are taking longer than usual. I could be wrong though its just an observation from personal experience. I've ordered candles several times and had no issues with delays. Only recently when i've made purchases including oils and the new items there would be a delay. I placed an order in June and it was delayed. I sent an email with the order number and asked for an update and was reassured that it would be sent and that the delay was "due to the high volume of orders" The package came at the end of July.
I have 2 orders that i have not received tracking numbers for but based on what was said in the last response from order issues and from what i can see on here there is alot of packages that have to be sent. I believe they will get through them as quickly as they can.
Might i suggest you send another email including all of your concerns with the corresponding order numbers. Your case may be unique and require more time to solve.
There was a post where they had a similar story but discovered that is was the post office not delivering the packages. The poster did something and after two months her order was delivered to her in two days. If i can find it I will post it here.
This is all going left. Nobody here is trying to be dishonest. We love lala and her work. This disconnect is new. But we all paid our money. And don’t have our items. That’s all we want. No disrespect to anyone. Just having a conversation with people who are experiencing similar things. And discussing. If anything most are encouraging patience due to the experience with her products. A lot of us are in the same boat

Well there's no refunds to have.. #1once you order spirits attach to ur order.. #2 this long wait period only happened bcuz the conjure started selling her oils.. n everybody knew that was liquid gold, Lala is international so the1st go around she sold way over 10,000 oils so try your best n be patient, we all are waiting 🤷🏽♀️ once this settles, it'll be back to normal🙌🏾 I got pkgs within 2 weeks da most

Same here don't know what's going on but I never waited so long for my order 😕 I did email them and I got no response either
I’ve been ordering a few years now anytime I moved or emailed for an update I’ve always gotten a response. I’m sure those were so huge sales.
I'm in the same boat as many of you. I've been a customer for over 3 years and what I've learned is 1) the order comes right on time and 2) the spells start to work before it even gets to you a lot the time. I know La La doesn't play about her business so I'm trusting that our orders are making their way to us. This is authentic energy work.

How can we help??? Keep emailing them. Emails them in the morning. Email them at night. The squeaky wheel get the oil. And the lost item you are going to have to claim that with route. If you pay via PayPal. They respond a lot quicker when there is a dispute or issue because they don’t want to mess up the relationship with that platform with constant complaints and claims.
Omg this makes me so nervous as a new customer. I've placed 5 orders, next week will be a month since I placed my orders. I refuse to let it get to two months without contacting my bank for a refund since 60 days is the bank's deadline 🤷♀️
I just want what I ordered , no trouble just my goods please and thank you.
I wish we had access to a live customer service rep because I keep getting feedback that it's the USPS, but USPS claims they haven't received the package TC by Lala.
What's happening? I ordered in July, and it's now going into September. very concerning.
I’ve read reviews on the BBB and most of them are bad because they never received their orders. I don’t know what’s going on now. But this makes me sad. This used to be an amazing reliable business. But once a company starts using a Third party that you have to dispute with regarding orders, it takes the responsibility off of the actual company. I still haven’t received my order from august or an update.
Order Issues responded to me when I didn't get my free oil from my August order. Just give them a minute.
