I have 2pom and 4POV coming and I was just wondering if I burn them all the way down or Do I snuff them once I’m done dismissing? are they reusable candles?

Depending on the purpose, yes. But they can be stuffed and reused. Go with what you feel. Don’t forget to dismiss when you have said your intention
You can burn them all the way or snuff after 6 hours to reuse.
