I have my targets DNA (hair) do I put it in the candle while it's burning or under the candle. I also have his picture to put under as well. This candle has worked for me before but I didn't use DNA. So I want to do something different.

I put the hair on top or under their pic and sit the candle right on top and it definitely works. If you have a jar, put the hair and/or pic, etc in it and place the candle on top. You usually aren't supposed to reopen the jar once you've done a spell. If you don't use a jar, you can reuse the hair.
