The background on the situation is that I have a friend that I let borrow one of my cars (it's paid for) she's barely talks to me anymore and I figured out she was lying about a situation to keep it. I let her borrow it last Sept. 2019, because her boyfriend had chocked her and beat her up at the time she was supposed to be leaving him and she was depending on him to take her to work and school and he wouldn't take her anywhere and was holding his car above her head which was their primary source of transportation. She is still living with him and is still with him and tries to lie about it but I know better, because why is is paying your rent and getting your hair done? I let her borrow the car on the condition that she was not with him and she is. I already asked for it back normally. She beats around the bush. Now my domination candle had a low flame went out. Any suggestions I was trying to avoid calling the police to get it back.

I saged my house last night and this morning before I lit it. Ill go get some water. It looks like my wick is drowning but I'm not sure
Do you have a glass of water nearby? Incense? I like to use all elements in any work I’m doing. I believe they all serve a purpose.
Try relighting. Chant again.
I dont know if the wick is drowning or what. I don't have any proof of any terms or conditions I legally still own the car. She just gave insurance on it because she driving it.
Let it burn. You can talk to her again and let her know the consequences. Do you have proof of the terms you gave her?
