Hello all. First post here. I ordered 2 conjure candles but when I got to the bottom of the package I saw that both the seals were ripped in the middle. Really weird since I checked the box and the box is all fine. The rip almost looked like it got slashed with knife or scissors. Can I still use them? Or should I ask to replace them?

No if the seal is ripped you shouldn’t use it. I can email you the pdf to print El Shaddai on your own if you want.
