Hey everyone, has anyone done elimiah water ritual yet? If so, do you use the limes on the body before actually cutting them in half or do you cut them in half first? I want to make sure I get this right the first time. My apologies. Thank you.

Done! Make sure to wash the limes first. I washed and scorched mines before rubbing on my body.
What does this help with?
Rub 3 Limes over your head/chest/ stomach/ and private areas
Cut the Limes in half
Squeeze the juice of 3 Limes in your mouth.
Immediately Drink all water
Repeat 3 times
