Is there a specific email address I should reach out to for order issues? In my last order I received the wrong type of Eriss soufflé, and in my order I received today my candle has a wick that’s off center, less than an inch from the side of the jar. I know that Lala and her crew are always so busy, so I want to make sure I am sending an email to the correct address. Thank you!
