I know a lot of you chant when putting on your eriss. I was wondering how long you do that? I know some people will chant for 10+ minutes over a candle, but do you just chant while you're putting the lotion on your body? Or chant over it before you put it on for x amount of time?
I may say a sentence or two to affirm my intentions but sometimes I just put them on and go about my day. They work regardless!
No right or wrong way with Eriss whatever feels right to you.I don’t chant be I do meditate on what the am wanting it to do for me while applying.

I chant 3 times as I’m putting it on even though Auntie doesn’t require it in order for it to work ♥️
