I usually use the chant in the book but I want to personalize it more for me. When I get angry I use words to fight harsh words I make my loves one feel worthless. Something I have learned from my parents. I recognize the behavior I want to change it and stop it but I always go back to it is there something I can put in the chant to heal it and stop it???

Sounds like you’re projecting your negative feelings to make people feel negative like you. Something along the lines of “I am healed from negative thoughts and behaviors, I am able to speak positive because I embody true positivity/happiness/joy” you can tailor it how you see fit
