Same. I am trying to take my skincare line to new heights in 2024. I created an oil using one of Lalas candles. If I tell yall that this oil is a cure-all. I'm talking about joint pain, knee pain, back ache, headaches, stuffy nose , and menstrual cramps. I'm about to include it in my line and blow this thing up.

WOW that is intense. Thank you for sharing. I have an altar with some loved ones also. I am where you started and I know I will get to the full blown crying. I am not there yet. My trauma has created a metal box around my feelings, although I have survived I know it isn't good. I will get there. I used Unhex/halo/healing and the last few days OMNI Spirit and feel lighter and my chest isn't as tight.

Yes trust me holding on to that type of pain causes u sooo much physical damage in the health department… when I was most stressed and depressed I suffered migraines daily my body was tight shoulders and back was constantly in pain and the soles of my feet hurt it was like my body was shutting down I just looked tired all the time and it took one of my favorite customers to ask me was I okay she said normally u are bubbly but today u look like something is weighing u down u look heavy like there is a lot on ur mind and that hit different when I realized I couldn’t hide it anymore I cried in the bathroom after she left because I am one of those leave ur problems at the door workers and I had brought mine inside the job lol as tough as I am, I am very emotional 🤣🤣🤣
