I am so pissed right now! Been waiting for almost 30 days for my order and FedEx apparently delivered it to someone else’s address instead of mine. Submitted an investigation with FedE...I hope the recipient will be kind enough to contact FedEx or deliver to me personally. in this case, what options do I have of getting a new package??? 😭

Girl don’t ever call the fedex customer service number. They are useless, and this was told to me by my fedex ground station. From here on out, google the closest fedex to you that says fedex ground station. It will be the station where your package ends up before they load it on the truck to send it out for delivery. Those people will have the most accurate info and can actually help you. Don’t waste time with anymore 800 numbers.
Well...unfortunately my package was not found. It is my prayer that the person who received it will be kind enough to deliver to me or take it to FedEx....I’m seriously hurt right now. I needed at least one of my candles like yesterday! 😩😩😩

They somewhat did the same with me. Package was showing being delivered that day but wasn't. Then fedex stated my address /street was incorrect or couldn't be located. But everything was correct. Customer service is horrible. But I finally spoke to a manager and got my package the next day.
When the representative took my information, she stated they will do an investigation and should receive a phone call. As of right now they haven’t spoken with the driver. Hopefully it’s found. I NEED my package! One of the candles is out of stock!!!
Maybe if we talk to Lala let her reach out to FedEx because they keep having problems
They will give you the address where they drop the package off at maybe you can go over there
