How do you activate your ingredients? Do you use a specific bible verse for each ingredient while visualizing your intent or use any specific chant for each ingredient?

Hello, when I made mine, as I put in each ingredient I would say out loud what it was for, then at the end I used some psalms to activate it and also just stated what I needed protection for and from and I placed it around my home. I hope this helps!
