First Order

I just did a search and looked them up those are her og products they've been up for awhile I've seen them before..do you have orders only containing candles & oils?

I honestly hope they resolve it for us, this is not great. I don't mind waiting for my orders but I won't accept being told the order was delivered when it was not.

I think she needs to give weekly updates especially since she’s continuing to sell new items. A couple people asked are the candle pots she’s selling in stock but she didn’t respond. I think she needs to only sell instock items or at least explain what’s made in-house and what’s custom if she does. I have at least 4 orders and one big one with plates from last year. It’s frustrating and there hasn’t been any response from my multiple emails from customer service. I love all her items but this is extreme when there is no refund option.

I still waiting on a response to update my address. No luck! Also I have 1 order and another order that was incomplete I still am waiting to get those things or a response.

I’ve emailed them several times about the same order. DM her and even reached out through this app. I have yet to hear anything. Very disappointed in how this is being handled. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Emailed and DM them last week because I received a duplicate order that was missing a plate only and wanted to inform her because that could be an issue if double orders are going out and people are still waiting on the original orders. No response.

I was told ive exhausted deferments. But, I purchased 2 pay bill candles lol I feel like I should do more. I thought it had it already. I wonder if its the same as the debt relief candle and plate. I have those already. Maybe I can use both. Thanks for your suggestion.

I feel you could use both. Debit Relief and Pay my bill scenario candle. Think outside the box and see if you can Do as I say, manifest you being approved receiving a payment plan based on your income. It’s call income driven. Just offering some suggestions.

OMG!!! I'm glad I came to see if others are having issues! This is exactly what happened to me! I place an order July 12, 2025 and when they finally responded they said they were waiting on my plates and I ordered 2 cases of 10, 3 other seperate plates and other stuff. I got an email saying it was shipped on 10/8/2025 and delivered Dec 22, 2025. Went to USPS and after research they said that the tracking number they gave me was for someone at a different address! They kept asking could it be fraud or a scam and I told them that I've ordered from them before. PayPal shipping is saying that they have only created a label....STILL and not really been shipped. I have emailed them like 5 times. It's almost been 6 months while people are ordering after me and still getting their stuff before me. They haven'tsaid anything nor responded since 10/8/2025 smh. I really want my items but I'm just thinking about a refund at this point myself

Be patient, I have the exact same situation and have had the same issues in the past. She always ships them out, the plates were delayed so if anything you ordered is in the delayed shipment, your items wouldn't have been sent. She always sends them out although there can be some delays (with her supplier and their shipping and also customs).

She posted a story regarding this. See attachment. She also addressed it towards the end of her live as well. Definitely eased some nerves for me.

I need to retract what I said. I got the email that my packages arrived. I went to the door and nothing was there. Sometimes they say they arrived and come the next day. I dont know how that happens. But im still waiting and yesterday I put in a claim to usps about my packages not arriving.

Same. I’m a fan too but this situation is giving me some doubts. I believe she also moved to another state so I hope she’s aware as to what’s going on. I noticed that she responded to questions on instagram about the sale but not about the missed and delayed orders. Maybe she feels that’s not the place for that but it should set off some alarms to address it or find out what’s going on. I received the blankets a couple weeks ago and they’re nice so I’m still hopeful but she definitely need to have a instagram live or make a post about this because this seems to be a pattern.

The fact there’s a number of individuals having the same issue tells me it must’ve been a shipping issue

Lala has stated multiple times on her Instagram that we get the items when she has them, sometimes they pull the order for shipping and because one or two products aren’t in her possession yet it’s delayed in being sent out. If you’re moving and have your new address your moving to, send customer service an email letting them know your address is changing with your order number. That’s what my bestie did when she moved in with me & her packages were sent to the new address provided. I ordered 7 different bulk orders myself from the closeout and have received all so far with the remainder of one. You’re items will come.

My stuff is starting to show up. June orders that are pending and all. It might just depend on what she does and does not have in stock or what number your order is.

I ordered july 4th 2 plates collection they came last week my July 17 order came 2 days ago 2 alter case and one plate set. July 18 order came 4 days ago

I just got the tracking today 2nd and 3rd orders but 1st, 4th and 5th still pending.

I recent received my plates from a May order. The last of my orders.

Omg the man in the post office just told me this almost word for word!

I got a confirmation that it was being shipped and even the email said to told me that it was on the way n if it wasn’t there by a certain day they’ll reship it. But it seems a miss information because support said usps duplicated the tracking, but I questioned why did they didn’t change the tracking number if they other was in the system somewhere else. That how I knew it wasn’t actually sent. Also I made another order I on this sale and I didn’t get a Route Notification or order in Route. Just an email the conjure received my order. Im not sure what’s going on but id really appreciate consistent communication and answers. Being left in the dark for so many months is Traumatizing.

What kind of claim did you file if I may ask? Maybe I should have filed one too but I was waiting to hear from lala. Still waiting.

My July 1st order just shipped. Be patient they should go out soon 🤍

I received my 6/27 and 7/12 orders. More coming Monday.
