First time ordering. Do I download the booklet or order separately?

I never received a book with my order. Hopefully I get one with the next new order

Yes you order the booklet Separately from the product order if not it can cause shipping delays that puts more work on Lala.

If you chose the option to have a book included when ordering your candles you should receive a booklet with your order but a digital version is available to you just put the book in your cart and use the coupon code “book” to download a digital copy for free.

I ordered one separately because I thought I needed to read up on it first and I didn’t want it to be delayed with my candles! But all I received was a “Digital Copy” not the paper version! So I’m assuming as New Customers, one will come with our order for each candle
