Question since I have the 11 witches and divine 9 bracelets do I still need to use the beginners candles?

I received my order today, and there’s been a mix-up. Instead of the ETHER CONJURE OIL | 11 Savage Spells that I ordered, I received 11 Love Spell Body Oil, which I definitely did not purchase.

I am really worried because I am leaving the country soon, and I need the correct item before I go. Can you please correct this and arrange for the proper item to be sent to me immediately?

I have a question now I have a halo & unhex candle and the oil. My question is now once my candle is gone and I want to use the newer items like the crossroads alchemy plate can I use my halo oil body or even the ether oils prior to using the plate ?

Hello I am new to this. For the Ahari candle can I burn this candle with more than one spelled candle? Meaning can I put it out and when I’m ready to burn another spelled candle can I burn it with it. Or is it to only be used with 1 spelled candle?

Hello Lala, can you please check your messages. I have been trying to reach out to you since Feb/March regarding receiving an incorrect item. When we initially spoke you said you would send out the correct item (Mars) as soon as possible, however, since that initial conversation I have not received it, nor have I been able to make contact with you. I'm not sure if I should book a consultation in order to speak with you regarding this, but I would like to just finally get it resolved. I have 2 orders that have not yet shipped and I was hoping that corrected item (Mars) could possibly be included in one of those orders (#'s 33625 and 35278). Lala, I really hate to come in your comments with this sort of thing, but I have exhausted all other measures to get in contact with you (outside of booking a consultation). I REEEEALLY need to get my Mars right now...especially with everything going on in the world 😩!
