I put Lala's fiery Wall of Protection in a small pouch and wear in my bra and under pillow and under door mat. Waiting on guardian eriss as well. Black tourmaline bracelet on my wrist and waiting on Mars too.

4th Pentacle of the Moon combined with 4th and 6th Pentacle(s) of Mars worked wonders for me. I no longer have that overwhelmed bombarded with other people's feelings and energies anxiety which was draining on my own energy.
I heard that Eriss Aura cleanse works well for empaths, you may want to try Eriss Guardian as well.

I'm an empath too, so I carry sage spray with me at all times. The Halo candle keeps things at bay and I love the halo water when I'm away from home. The guardian Reiss is great to when you have to be around alot of people. I know how that can be draining. Also look in the Mars candle. To be honest all of her candles you may need at some point especially being an empath. Bless you on your journey and hopefully these work for you.
