I went to the liquor store and asked for rum, I was suggested 3 of the best ones and took this one. I hope he likes it. I did not find the cigar so I have to wait until I have all his stuff, I don’t want to be rush. Can I still create his altar?

If you read the card that Aunty LaLa provided it says on the bottom of the card that comes with PaPa you can keep his Veevee and set up and alter and still give him offerings
