I am getting ready to make a purchase and am deciding whether to get the Good Fortune or Good Fortune XL. If I am using the candle on myself alone, can I just use the good Fortune candle. Is XL only necessary when we are using it on multiple people?

Yes you can get the regular size. The XL size carries more energy that can be used for others or all for yourself.
