Can I put the oil on my friends foot or is it only specific to me because I burned the candle??

How much of oil? The bottle is kind of small
You can put it on anyone’s foot. In my experience the oil works both in conjunction with the candle and on its own.
I believe you can. A lady on here out some in her husband’s foot and he won money when he went to the casino.
