hi I start this candle yesterday afternoon and it burned out in a few hours and when I git home it looked like this is this normal?

You definitely have blockages, the 7 day candle shows ; but for LALAs candle, the fire might’ve just gotten out of control and made the glass black etc
the herbs got in the way of the spelled candle, you should have snuffed it move the herbs and light again.
Looking at the 7 day candle it does have some black soot! I will definitely recommend halo, crossroads, and 5th pentacle of Mercury to remove all blockages
Hmm. Seems like you have/had blockages based on looking at BOTH candles. Your request is received. Look to see if the good fortune comes, but also pay attention to how long the fortune lasts. Nonetheless, considering it is also a crossroads candle and both glasses have dark soot and broke, the blockages have been been broken. I would definitely repeat it!
