So last night i lit my halo/mars intense to clean and protect but I literally had the worst night ever. I literally felt things coming out of my chest (like physically pulling out) and that feeling kept waking me up.
I have done two UHH, crossroads in the past
Has anyone experienced that before?
UPDATE last night I burned about 11 hours and I slept great it was just first night that had weird things coming out of me.
