My order finally came in and I was excited to try the halo water. I thanked spirit, Lala, the ancestors, the Universe, etc etc before I drank it. I know it says don't be surprised if the energy being purged kicks and screams as it is removed. Now it feels like I had a frog in my throat. Is this normal? I know everyone's experience is different and I do feel a lot calmer than I have been all day. It just feels like something is kinda stuck in my throat now.

The same thing just happened when I lit my Halo and started chanting… my throat started hurting so I swallowed and kept chanting. It started happening even more when I got to the part about my boyfriend. Now that the chanting is finished, my throat is fine. Is this normal with Halo?

Lolllll no you didnt yo that's the best description? Frog in the throat definitely not normal buy that maybe something being pushed out perhaps a sign focused on your vocals perhaps you need to speak up more or shut up more idk
