I’m wondering is this is the breaking of the “toxic ties!” Crazy enough, I was the phone with my target, having a crazy argument and my Black obsidian broke!!!! Two bracelets in two days after burning Healing !!!
You can go to an arts and crafts store and buy some more string that is used to make bracelets and just re string it yourself. I've done that before with one of my crystal bracelets, it wasnt from Lala though.
You can purchase another healing candle to get a bracelet but I don’t think Auntie replaces broken bracelets. You could also keep the beads and get a kit to make your bracelet new again.
