Does the healing candle make you really sleepy? I can't seem to stay up lol I want to sleep all day

i want to pass out and go to bed started burning the candle about an hour ago
Today is my 1st day burning it and I am extremely sleepy and I have a headache. Did anyone else experience headaches?
😂 I knew what you meant and I'm just saying that we pray for our highest good etc etc we forget that sleep/ proper rest is apart of that and we don't realize how much rat we been missing, need or the energy we will need for the next level so rest and don't feel guilty about it 😘
