Besides Mars what other candle can I light for a certain situation at work. I feel like everyone is against me. Ones I was ok with now ha e turned their backs on me. Now I have lit Mars a few weeks ago and I know that’s for protection and anything that was to harm would be removed but damn everyone at work? Lol. I feel like I’m on an island alone. I walk into a room and tension is thick as hell. I know for a fact I didn’t do anything to anyone. It’s just so many two faced back biting ppl there and the energy is not cool I feel all of that. What can I do? I know I am staying to myself not talking to anyone at all being professional. I just don’t like the vibe at work right now. Thank you in advance for all advice and suggestions.

It can be lonely at the top. You asked for spirit to protect you from harm, danger and negative energy and that's exactly what it's doing. Don't question it, just focus on your energy and your vibe. Just like Starssobright said above if it's not your dream job use a conjure candle to get what it is that you want and for you to be respected in that place as well. I hope this helps!
My feeling is that spirit may be testing you to evaluate your situation...like PinkPanther above said....it may be time to work on your dream job...I'd use the pentacle to open doors and get a high paying job where you are treated like a Queen. You shouldn't be anywhere there is that much static.
Edit to add: After the Mars crew for protection through a road opener in there before you the above recommended candles. 5POMercury or crossroads.... then flow into your Power, Ahari, GF The road opener should be to open the road for education and elevation opportunities for YOU. Don’t make it about them.
I don’t know the details of your situation but I’m always an advocate of moving from victim to victor. I’m big in protection so I’d run the Mars lineup inclusive of 6POMars. After the Mars crew comes through I would no longer focus on them. Then I’d be on Power, Ahari + GF. The focus would be to increase and improve my skills so much so that I’d fly high above them in the following ways: 1. I’d become so focused on my improvement that I am literally too busy to be concerned with them and their mess. 2. I’d become so good at my job that I would get promoted or other opportunities OUTSIDE OF THE CURRENT JOB show up for me 3. Be so good at my shit that it become blatantly obvious to others that they just hating (note: people won’t necessarily come co-sign what you’re doing but they will SEE you). Note: Halo + Healing would also be good to burn during this SEASON. You will need to be cleansed and healed so that you become deaf and immune to people’s bullshit. You will need to know how to protect your innerG and vibration without allowing simple-minded folks to pull you down to their level. The level up process will take longer if you aren’t healed enough to take their shit in stride and process from a healed place because you’ll be expending time and innerG to keep your vibration high. Understand that they still gone hate but it’s all good as long as you elevate 🔝 Best wishes ✨
Is this like a dream job, career or just something to pay the bills? Maybe a push to have you make a move to go else where.
Or perhaps the people are just fake and don't mean you any good, so chatting with them and being fake friendly is a waste of energy.

Depends on your situation and intention. Sweetening to make a certain person nice/sweet to you, truth candle to find out what’s going on.
