I’ve been wearing my bracelet that came with my protection candle everyday since March and it just broke. I’m freaking out does that mean anything and what can I do in the mean time until I purchase another Mars??

Mars IS protecting you regardless of the bracelet, the bracelet is to be worn when you feel like you need protection but Mars is doing it anyway. Don't fret, please stay positive and remember the spirits stays with you.
I read that when a item for protection breaks, it means its done its job in protecting you
