What is your experiences with High John and uses I have the oil and root and a red candle I want to use for reconciliation and communication but need to know how to use it effectively

So my candle has been burning since Saturday I was told let it burn until it's out and it's weirdly beautiful how it's burning down.
I just ordered some high John and I watched a few videos yesterday about it one of the root workers said it is a very masculine root if you want more of a Feminine energy use the Elizabeth root its the same as high John but operated from a more Feminine energy

I use it on a candle too also it's working amazingly when I put it in my body oil with the root and some protection oil and bless it
You can take about 3 drops of oil and blessed the candle with it and set your intentions Use pieces of the root on top of the candle to give it extra power. Good luck
